How long have you been in business?

Since 2009

How has your business or organization been impacted by COVID-19? What additional challenges are you facing?

A large majority of promotional products companies nationwide report that sales are trending downward. As a business that thrives on events and public gatherings, such as heath fairs, conferences, sporting events, trade shows and school athletics, Ten10 is also experiencing a decrease in sales.

What have you done to adapt?

Ten10 has taken action to protect the future of the business and our employees. Actions include pivoting to distribute PPE products such as masks, sanitizer and gloves, adjusting marketing efforts, and applying for loans through federal programs.

We have also partnered with businesses and organizations on the local and national level help to express their support for a cause. Locally, Ten10 partnered with Chardon Tomorrow to strengthen a sense of community and promote local Chardon businesses with a custom designed t-shirt.

Nationally, Ten10 partnered with Verizon Wireless to produce a t-shirt to promote a display of solidarity for the Black Lives Matter movement. A portion of sales will be donated to the National Urban League.

What is something you would like people to know about your business or organization?

We are open for business! This has been a great time for us to reconnect with customers, both established and new, to find out how we can support them. We have adapted to conduct business over a Zoom call or phone call rather than in person. We are here to help with any marketing or PPE needs your business or organization may have.

How can the local Chardon community help?

Show your support for local businesses in any way you can – shop online, schedule a Zoom, purchase a gift card, and practice patience. We are adapting and learning how to move forward and thrive in these challenging times.
