How has your business or organization been impacted by COVID-19? What additional challenges are you facing?
Salty closed its doors on March 16th and reopened May 12 with restricted hours. There has been a significant reduction in customers since reopening.
What have you done to adapt?
We are open with reduced hours and days so that our staff has the appropriate time allowed to properly sanitize/clean the facility after each service. We are currently following all requirements from the CDC as well as Ohio regarding COVID-19 procedures. We have limited the amount of services to ensure proper social distancing.
What is something you would like people to know about your business or organization?
Salty is all about personal health and wellness and we want to help our customers relax and de-stress.
How can the local Chardon community help?
The continued support of the Chardon community is our biggest asset. The continued word of mouth referrals and occasional drop ins make all the difference.
