This application form is for those looking to reserve a booth to sell items at the Kids Flea Market. If you are a business or organization looking to reserve a spot in our KidsFest event, please visit our KidsFest Vendor Application page.

The Chardon Kids Flea Market is presented by the Chardon Square Association and is being held in conjunction with the Chardon KidsFest. The Kids Flea Market will begin at 10:00 am and the KidsFest activities will begin at 12:00 pm.  


The event is open to children up to age 15. All items must be children’s merchandise (toys, games, children’s clothing, etc.). Adult items are not allowed, nor are food or beverage sales. Adults may not sell at a child’s booth. An adult parent must accompany all children. No adult supervision will be available by the Chardon Square Association or the Chardon KidsFest & Flea Market committee.

Setup and check-in time is 9:00 am – 10:00 am. The flea market will be open from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm. Kids are welcome to have their booths open until 3:00 if they choose.  All spaces must be cleared by 4:00 pm. Participants not checked in before 10:00 am will forfeit their spaces. Information and participant check in will be located near Short Court Street in front of the courthouse.


No vehicles may be parked in the market area. Parking for market participants can be found in any of the municipal parking areas or near the courthouse building. 

What to Bring

Participants should bring their own tables, blankets or tarps on which to place their merchandise. We strongly suggest you bring a canopy tent for your booth. No tables are available at the market. Chardon Kids Flea Market will provide marked spaces and trash cans for cleanup. In accordance with Chardon City ordinances, no dogs are permitted in the park during the flea market.


All applications must be received no later than July 31, 2023. Any applications received after this date will be assigned spaces if they are available. No refunds on cancellations are available after the entry fee is paid.
