The Chardon Square Association invites you to apply to the 44th annual Chardon Square Arts Festival held on Sunday, August 3, 2025, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Chardon Square. This event has been highly rated by the Ohio Arts and Crafts Guild.
Time Schedule
All applications and fees are due by Monday, April 12, 2025. Entries will be judged by a jury committee, and their decision is final. Your photographs must represent all work you plan to offer for sale.
Eligibility
All media will be considered. Work must be of original concept, design and execution – no kits, mold-ware, work produced from commercial patterns or manufactured pieces will be accepted. Only one category per booth is allowed. No space may be sublet.
Fees
Booth fees are $120 for a 12’ x 12’ space, payable upon application approval. Exhibitors must supply their own booth furnishings and are responsible for maintaining and clearing up their area after the show. No refunds will be issued after Saturday, July 5, 2025.
Sales
All sales will be handled by the artist and individuals are responsible for their own tax collection and payment. Please note that Chardon is in Geauga County for tax purposes.
New for 2025
Please note that we’ve made the following changes for our festival this year.
- Booth fees are now $120. Due to space constraints, only one booth will be assigned per artist.
- We have removed the $5 jury fee for new applicants.
- All applicants, including those that have participated in the past, must submit photos of their artwork and booth when applying.
