2025 Event Calendar
Our 2025 event calendar is now available! Our events focus on community and facilitating shared experiences which form bonds and friendships. We host many events throughout the year which help people meet one another and develop a strong sense of community.
Welcome to Chardon Square
Fall is in the air! We’re looking for YOU to bring the most creative, whacky, and whimsical scarecrows and scarepots to the Square. Businesses, community organizations, families, and clubs are all encouraged to participate.
The contest runs October 20th – 31st. Entries will be judged the week of October 27th, and the winners will be announced on October 31st.

Spread some holiday cheer and help decorate the square by sponsoring a tree in Christmas Tree Alley!
This is a great advertising opportunity for local businesses. Sponsorships are $250 and include lights on the tree and signage with the sponsor’s name. Trees will remain up in the square throughout the holiday season, including during our heavily attended Christmas Lighting of the Square event on November 29th.

About Us
The Chardon Square Association is a non-profit organization whose core function is to serve as a positive force working with the community to preserve, enhance and promote the beautiful historic square as a vibrant destination for residents and visitors to enjoy. We encourage involvement and participation while promoting quality events that instill a welcoming atmosphere and sense of place in our community.

Our Community Projects
All monies raised by the Chardon Square Association are used to reinvest in the community either through projects or events. The focus of the projects is for the betterment of the community while events help establish bonds, camaraderie and a sense of community ownership through shared experiences.
