Old Glory Day is held on July 4th every year on the Square. The event is sponsored by the Chardon Square Association, the City of Chardon, and the Chardon Area Chamber of Commerce. Decorations are provided for the children to decorate their bikes, scooters or wagons, followed by a children’s parade around the Square lead by the Chardon Fire Department.

Following the parade is an afternoon of games, music, face painting, balloon animals and a pie eating contest. The Rotary will be providing ice cream, the Kiwanis will have balloons for the bikes and Wal-Mart is providing water. Popcorn, hot dogs, and other snacks are available for sale by the Chardon Square Association.

Don’t miss out on this exciting event!
